Abitur in the bag - and now? Anyone who decides to study is first confronted with countless fields of study, degrees and prerequisites.
Do you want to become a teacher later? Which major subject can I combine with which minor subject and why do I have to study two subjects at all? What is a two-subject Bachelor? What application deadlines and admission requirements do I have to observe? Is my final grade decisive for the choice of my degree programme? What can I do with it later? Does the subject live up to its name?
We won't leave you alone with your questions. Our "STUDIMAT" helps you to get an overview of our 26 Bachelor programmes on offer and to combine them appropriately with the help of the configurator. In just a few steps, you will receive your personal result with quick info on application deadlines, contact persons, study contents as well as portraits of students and graduates of the chosen fields of study.
You are still not sure? No problem. You can save your personal result, print it out or send it by e-mail.
With your wish to study at a university, you have already made an important decision for your future life. Before you start looking for a specific course of study or place of study, you should first find out what interests, inclinations and talents you have. In your further study orientation and choice of studies, you should put your own interests and inclinations at the centre of your considerations.
Would you like to study for a teaching profession programme and become a teacher? Take the opportunity to find out about the requirements of the course and the profession, as well as your aptitudes and inclinations. There are a number of questionnaires or explorations of the teaching profession available online that can help you clarify the following questions.
Would you like to find out about a particular field of study, learn about the basic structure of studies at the University of Erfurt or simply get an impression of how a university works and what studying in Erfurt means? A digital walk... The University of Erfurt is a campus university. Unlike many other universities, teaching and administrative buildings as well as important service and research facilities are not spread throughout the city, but are concentrated on the university campus and can therefore be reached quickly.
We would like to introduce you to all the important facilities here and invite you to take a short "tour" of the 192,239 m² campus of the University of Erfurt.
You studied at the University of Erfurt or a predecessor institution and would like to visit the campus as part of a meeting? We would be happy to arrange a guided tour of the campus for you - also at the weekend - for a fee, during which you can visit the university buildings as well as the campus.
Contact us, we look forward to your visit.
