Information about the University of Erfurt now also in German "Easy Language"

Central information about the University of Erfurt can now also be found on our website in German "Easy Language".

Students from the Department of Special Needs and Social Education supported University Communications and translated the texts into "Easy Language" as part of a course run by Dr Heike Rosenberger in the summer semester. The aim was to make the information accessible to people with cognitive impairments or very limited German language skills in the spirit of inclusion and diversity. The translated text was then checked by the CJD's Office for Easy Language and is now officially certified.
