Dr. Daniel Albrecht

Daniel Albrecht studied history at the University of Erfurt, specialising in Latin American and Southwest European history as well as social sciences. He then completed his doctorate in ancient history. His dissertation "Hegemoniale Männlichkeit bei Titus Livius" was published by Verlag Antike in 2016.

From 2016 to 2021, Daniel Albrecht was a research employee at the professorship for Ancient History at the University of Erfurt.

He gained non-university experience in project management at a training & consulting company in Wiesbaden and in tourist guest services at the visitor centre Zitadelle Petersberg in Erfurt.

Since 2023, he has been working in the Research and Graduate Services department at the University of Erfurt and is responsible in particular for scholarships.
