15 projects apply for the Commitment Award 2020

In 2020, the Willy Brandt School of Public Policy at the University of Erfurt, together with the Commitment Award Foundation, will again present its Commitment Award. The aim of the award is to provide start-up financing for sustainable ideas and social projects, as the winners receive prize money of 2500 euros (1st prize), 1500 euros (2nd prize) and 1000 euros (3rd prize). At the same time, students and alumni of the Brandt School can show what they have learned during their Master's studies.

This year, 15 projects will be launched. The festive award ceremony will take place on 9 July. We present the individual projects here...

project descriptions

The jury will announce on July, 9 in the Collegium Maius which project will be the winner of the Commitment Award 2020. The ceremonial speech will be held that evening by triathlete Sophia Saller, who is also the new ambassador for the Commitment Award. Due to Corona's restrictions, it is not possible to celebrate the award ceremony with a large audience on site this year. It will therefore be recorded and can be followed on the Internet (Commitment Award YouTube Channel and Facebook) from 6 pm onwards.
