Competence-oriented personnel development

Staff training and development in the academic and non-academic, i.e. science administration, areas have also become increasingly important for universities. Competence-orientated human resources development is therefore one of the strategic fields of action to which the university is also increasingly devoting itself and has established and is continuing to expand offers to provide its staff with targeted support. The offerings range from the acquisition of key competences to university didactics, targeted further training and health management.
