Mein Eindruck ist, dass wir beide voneinander lernen und uns gegenseitig in dem, was wir an Erfahrung einbringen, respektieren und gegenseitig wertschätzen. (Mentor*in 2023/24)

Das Mentoring war für mich ein Glücksfall. Wir haben uns sehr gut verstanden und auch über Karrierefragen hinaus fachlich und persönlich anregende Gespräche geführt. Ich bin meinem Mentor sehr dankbar, dass er sich mit seiner Zeit, Offenheit und Persönlichkeit so sehr in das Mentoring eingebracht hat. (Mentee 2023/24)

Registration as mentor

If you are interested in becoming a mentor, please fill out the profile form and send it via e-mail to qualifizierungsprogramm@uni-erfurt.de or via internal mail to the programme coordinator (Franziska Frank).

In the programme line for postdoctoral researchers and tenure track professors, experienced professors who have held a professorship for at least three years can participate as mentors.
In the programme line for doctoral candidates, postdoctoral researchers, tenure track professors and professors can participate as mentors. Ideally, postdoctoral researchers should have already participated in the careerMe programme as a mentee.
