careerMe - Mentoring Programme

Within the framework of the careerMe mentoring programme, advanced doctoral candidates, postdoctoral researchers and tenure track professors are supported as mentees in their career planning and development by a mentor for one year.

It is currently possible to apply for both programme lines. The programme starts in October/November 2024.

Das Mentoring war für mich ein Glücksfall. Wir haben uns sehr gut verstanden und auch über Karrierefragen hinaus fachlich und persönlich anregende Gespräche geführt. Registration as mentor

If you are interested in becoming a mentor, please fill out the profile form and send it via e-mail to qualifizierungsprogramm@uni-erfurt.de or via internal mail to the programme coordinator (Franziska Frank).

In the programme line for postdoctoral researchers and tenure track professors, experienced professors who have held a professorship for at least three years can participate as mentors.
In the programme line for doctoral candidates, postdoctoral researchers, tenure track professors and professors can participate as mentors. Ideally, postdoctoral researchers should have already participated in the careerMe programme as a mentee.
