Rowena Morse mentoring programme starts next round

The Rowena Morse Mentoring Programme (RMMP), funded by the "Thüringer Kompetenznetzwerk Gleichstellung" (Thuringian Competence Network for Equality), will start a new round on November 16. Once again, six young female researchers from the University of Erfurt will be supported - Jana Asberger, Leonie Aßmann, Madeleine Müller, Sabine Reiser (all Faculty of Education) and Sarah-Maria Thumbeck (Faculty of Philosophy), among others.

The interdisciplinary programme supports female doctoral students in the final phase of their doctorate and postdocs in planning their individual career paths. During the programme period of twelve months, the so-called "mentees" network with each other in peer mentoring sessions. They receive individual advice from experienced professors from Thuringia's universities in group mentoring sessions, and can continue their education in workshops.

The University of Erfurt is pleased that a total of six young women from the Faculty of Philosophy and the Faculty of Education are being supported in this round of the programme and wishes them every success in their academic endeavors!
