Offers for Academic Leaders

These are:

• individual executive coaching,
• workshops or group coaching sessions that deal with the topic of “Leadership in academia”, as well as
• the (co-)financing of further training courses from external providers that serve to further develop leadership skills.

The programmes are aimed at junior research group leaders, junior professors and professors and are free of charge.
