Lived diversity!?

For universities, diversity is part of everyday life. Students and teachers differ, for example, in age, language, origin, beliefs, health aspects or learning and teaching habits. All this is relevant to issues such as admission to higher education, self-efficacy, social support, inclusion and academic learning experiences, which in turn have a direct or indirect impact on a successful teaching-learning process. Maya Bräuer, a student at the University of Erfurt, also dealt with diversity in teaching in her Master's thesis.
