Hartmut Rosa has been working with the Danish university for a long time: in 2013 he was a guest there at the Centre for Sociological Studies for the first time. This developed into an exchange that continues to this day. Rosa has given lectures at scientific conferences several times and also lectures and seminars for students at Aarhus University.
... has been Professor of General and Theoretical Sociology at the Friedrich Schiller University of Jena since 2005 and has also been Director of the Max-Weber-Kolleg at the University of Erfurt since 2013. He is the speaker of the DFG Collaborative Research Centre TRR 294 "Structural Change of Property", which brings together social science research at both institutions and extends it to other subject areas. This year, Rosa was also awarded the Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz Prize.
