Add event to the calendar

Please use the following form to add dates to the university calendar. Please note that we only publish dates relating to the university. Promotional entries for external events will not be included on the calendar.

Please also note that we publish all events in our calendar in two languages (English/German). Translations into the other language are done with the translation software deepl. If a translation provided by you (of the content of the event or similar) is to be used, you can send it to me by e-mail (also afterwards).

Notes on data privacy

The information you provide about the event data - in particular about speakers or contact persons - will be included in the public event calendar and displayed website-wide. The event data is usually deleted about 6 months after the event.

Your email address (mandatory field under contact details) will not be published. The email will be deleted after the data has been entered in the calendar.
