Training / workshop with Julia Lange for employees from Technology and Administration

As we become increasingly aware of the plurality of people, we are confronted with our ideas of normality and diversity. The latter guide our actions, both in our private lives and in our everyday working lives. In this seminar, participants will familiarise themselves with various dimensions of diversity, explore ideas of norms and diversity and learn to understand how discrimination works. Finally, the participants develop ideas and starting points for diversity-sensitive action in a joint exchange.

The training programme takes place on German Diversity Day. It is part of the training programme of the Thuringian State Programme for Democracy, Tolerance and Open-mindedness.

The event is part of the Diversity Days of the Thuringian universities (16 May to 7 June).
