Short and concise, clear and understandable, descriptive and preferably entertaining - this is how scientists should appear in front of the microphone and camera. But what makes research interesting for journalists in the first place? How can complex topics be explained in a simple and understandable way? And what is the best way to convey your own core messages?
In this workshop, we prepare participants for the demands of the media. They will learn how to prepare for interviews with journalists. They practise interviews and statements in front of a microphone and camera. And they receive structured feedback on their performance. The basics of media law are also part of the workshop.
