Digital workshop "futureMINDSET" on 4 March 2025 at 1:00 pm

Megatrends are the drivers of change of our time, the blockbusters of change. Start-ups in particular are integrating megatrends into their strategy. It is not only their innovative business model that requires a future-orientated focus, but also the mindset of the founders. Their team profile and their character DNA are the content of the impulse, enriched with the latest knowledge from futurology and practical tools for analysing and training their own mental skills.

Dr Kareen Schlangen StarTH

The speaker for this digital session as part of the new "StarTH Now!" workshop series on 4 March 2025 at 13:00 is Dr Kareen Schlangen, project manager & start-up consultant at the university incubator "hike" in Nordhausen.

Dr Schlangen will provide valuable insights into the latest findings of futurology. You will learn how you can analyse your team profile and your mental strength and develop them in a targeted manner.
