Workshop 1: Making group work and shared living pleasant| for students Tuesday, 26.11.2024, 14:15 - 15:45 | KIZ 0.10 In this interactive workshop, we will look at specific examples of how a good common basis for cooperation and living together can be created. Workshop 2: Mental Load @ Work| for employees Wednesday, 27 November 2024, 14:15 - 15:45 | VG 1.37 Mental load refers to the mental stress that results from cognitive and often invisible tasks. This interactive workshop deals with concrete examples of such tasks in the appointment environment. It will also look at the consequences that an unequal distribution of mental load can have on individuals, organisations and society and what measures can help with a fairer distribution.
