Dealing with conflicts and how to prevent them

As part of the "Focus on Leadership" series, the University of Erfurt is offering its academic managers the 90-minute online event "Conflict management – dealing with conflicts and how to prevent them". The event will take place on Wednesday, 5 February 2025, from 3 to 4.30 pm. Registration is still possible until 19 January.

The speaker is Dr Neela Enke, trainer, certified coach and managing director of Scienza – Science Coaching. She will provide basic knowledge on conflicts in the scientific profession and also give participants tips on how to deal with conflicts using practical examples. Afterwards there will be time for questions and discussion.
