On Thursday, October 29, at 5:15 pm, the meteorologist and science communicator Franz Ossing (Potsdam) will speak about "The Little Ice Age - Weather, Climate and Geology in Dutch Painting". On Wednesday, November 18, at 5:15 p.m., historian Linda Richter (Frankfurt/Main) will give an insight into the history of knowledge of weather: "Semiotics, Physics, Organics. A history of the knowledge of weather in German countries (1750–1850)". Both lectures will probably be held online. Registration at verbund.gotha@uni-erfurt.deis requested.
