Rob Rhoad's Global Citizenship Education Award for Prof. Dr Hartmut Rosa

The Paulo Freire Institute of the University of California in Los Angeles has awarded Prof. Dr. Hartmut Rosa, Director of the Max Weber College at the University of Erfurt, with the Rob Rhoads Global Citizenship Education Award 2020.

The prize was established in 2019 and is named after the late educational scientist Rob Rhoads. It honours scientists* whose research contributes to "education to world citizens" and thus contributes to the education and upbringing of people to become responsible persons in a globalised world.
