Panel discussion: New challenges for intelligence services

The battle for information sovereignty on the Internet is in full swing: where it used to be about dead letter boxes, secret codes and cloaked agents, today it's about memes, bug-proof servers and computer worms. It seems like a war of all against all: secret services of hostile states spread disinformation and propaganda, extremist groups use secret chats and plan coups - and everyone wants to hide from each other or eavesdrop on each other using the latest technologies. Is all of this relevant or even threatening to the public? We talk to representatives from the intelligence services, academia and civil society to gain a better understanding.
