New programme for "Academic qualification and further education

The new programme "Academic Qualification and Further Education" of the University of Erfurt has arrived. It is aimed at (young) scientists* and (prospective) university lecturers at the university and combines didactic offers for university teaching with career development formats and workshops for the promotion of interdisciplinary key competences.

"We want to use it to support scientists at all stages in the further development of their competences. The free programme includes workshops for predocs, doctoral students and postdocs as well as for experienced researchers. In addition to workshops, coaching for postdocs and university lecturers is also offered," explains the team from the Research and Young Researcher Promotion Office at the University of Erfurt, which is responsible for the programme.

The "Academic Qualification and Continuing Education" is currently still being set up and will be successively expanded.
