New Gotha Research Library blog post: "Cultural Heritage in Cyberspace" - German-Egyptian DAAD project successfully completed

On February 12, 2023, the ceremonial opening of a Digitization Lab and the signing of the binational master's program "Digital Epigraphic Heritage" (DEPH) between Ayn Shams University and the University of Marburg took place in Cairo. This marked the conclusion of the successful project "Cultural Heritage in Cyberspace: Education. Preservation. Access."

In addition to the project manager Prof. Dr. Albrecht Fuess from the Philipps University of Marburg, representatives of the Gotha Research Library of the University of Erfurt and the University and State Library of Saxony-Anhalt were also part of the German delegation.
