Out now: Commentary on the Constitution of Thuringia

The new edition of the commentary on the Thuringian constitution, edited by Michael Brenner, Klaus Hinkel, Jörg Hopfe, Holger Poppenhäger and Klaus von der Weiden has been published just in time for the 30th anniversary of the constitution. Dr. Böttner writes on the freedom of art and science, adult education, the social and ecological market economy and some issues relating to the Prime Minister's term of office.
