Start of study 2024: Apply now to start the Primary Education and Sport and Physical Education degree programmes

Prospective students who have not previously been admitted or have not yet applied for these subjects at the University of Erfurt can also apply. Applications are also open to applicants who have already been offered a place in another subject, as they will not lose their place by participating in the lottery procedure. Important note for applications for the subject of Sport and Physical Education: For matriculation and registration, a certificate of a passed aptitude test must be presented, which may also have been taken at another university.

Anyone in possession of a valid higher education entrance qualification (general or subject-restricted higher education entrance qualification, no entrance qualification for universities of applied sciences) is eligible to apply. The lottery procedure is now open, the application deadline is 22 September. The draw will take place on 23 September, after which the letters of admission and declaration of acceptance will be sent to the email address provided in the application.
