Improve communication and reduce fears

Vaccination against COVID-19 is the key to overcoming the deadly Corona pandemic and ending the current lockdowns. Scientists from around the world are also working to stop the spread of misinformation about the COVID-19 vaccine. A new online manual now aims to improve communication about Corona vaccines and reduce fears.

Because, says Dr. Philipp Schmid, who received his doctorate from the University of Erfurt on the topic of "vaccination opponents" and is one of the lead authors of this manual, "Misinformation about the COVID-19 vaccination jeopardises its success and the citizens' right to good, correct information about the vaccination."
