The Economics, Law and Social Sciences student representatives and the university group for International Security Policy invite you to the panel discussion "The Arctic - An increasingly geopolitical space?". The event will take place hybrid.

We cordially invite you to the panel discussion ",Die Arktis - Ein zunehmend geopolitischer Raum?" in C01 - Audimax building, room 007.

Our panellists will be Dr C. Humrich, Assistant Professor at the Rijksuniversität Groningen, and Dr M. Paul, Senior Fellow at the Stiftung Wissenschaft und Politik. They will discuss the consequences of climate change on the possible economisation and securitisation of the Arctic as well as on governance and cooperation in the region, particularly in the Arctic Council.

The panel discussion, followed by a panel discussion, will take place as a public viewing and is organised by the Student Council Economics, Law and Social Sciences and the university group for International Security Policy.
