As part of this, there will also be a cycling action day on campus on Monday, 2 May. Between 12 and 3 p.m., interested people can get tips on cycling and health from experts at an information stand in the entrance area of the university and have their bike checked. You can also "pedal" your own smoothie on the "Smoothie Bike". Sebastian Risse, graduate of our university and owner of the company RADgeber, will give tips on ergonomics when cycling, the correct adjustment of handlebars and saddle and more. At 3 p.m., a joint ride into spring will start. The meeting point is the campus map in the entrance area of the university. The "Afterwork Bike Tour" is planned with an easy route profile, approx. 1.5 hours and a "stop for refreshments". The suggested route so far is along the Gera to Molsdorf and back. The University Health Management Team is happy to receive further ideas and suggestions.
