30-minute coffee lecture by the Competence Network Research Data Management at Thuringian Universities.

Whether digital microscopy images or videos from underwater robots - image data are an important tool for researching and monitoring habitats in numerous research areas. However, the evaluation of the data is laborious and time-consuming. BIIGLE is a web-based software for the efficient manual analysis of image and video data. In addition to numerous tools for manual analysis, it also offers machine learning methods for automated support in this task.
