Beginners' workshop for examinations in WISEflow

In a circular letter to the lecturers, the Vice-President for Academic Affairs at the University of Erfurt, Professor Gerd Mannhaupt, today once again pointed out that electronic examinations at the university are only permitted with the examination system WISEflow. Against this background, the University of Erfurt is once again offering a beginners' workshop for WISEflow to all lecturers who conduct electronic examinations as part of their courses.

The contents of the event will be:

  • the role concept of WISEflow;
  • setting up an exam;
  • how to conduct an exam
  • as well as the evaluation of an exam.

A supervised online exam with face recognition and various tasks (FLOWmulti) will serve as an example. Afterwards, there will be ample opportunity to discuss questions on the topic. The workshop will take place in the virtual eTeach office: https://uni-erfurt.webex.com/meet/eteach - on Monday, 20 December 2021, from 2 to 4 p.m. as well as on Tuesday, 11 January 2022, also from 2 to 4 p.m..

Please also note the Moodle room of the University of Erfurt for digital teaching. You can find it at https://elearning.uni-erfurt.de/course/view.php?id=5299 (password: ueDigital). There you will also find recordings of previous WISEflow workshops as well as video tutorials on the use of WISEflow for open-book examinations or the submission of written work.
