The break course, which offers exercises to improve strength and flexibility combined with simple forms of exercise for stretching and relaxation that can be completed at the workplace, starts on 28 September at 8.30 a.m. and then takes place every Tuesday in the Spiegelsaal of the Gotha Research Library.
