About the event
In the first part of the doctorate, important decisions are made for later success. This course is designed to help you identify, discuss, and decide on the most important issues in this regard. These range from planning tasks to productivity issues to communication. There will be input from the trainer, but also plenty of time to ask your own questions, discuss them and get recommendations from other par-ticipants. All of this will be done in a relaxed setting where all topics of interest can be addressed.
The course includes the following focal points:
- Overview of the doctoral process incl. requirements and survival tips
- Rough planning of the overall PhD project
- Communication, collaboration and conflict resolution with supervisors
- Productivity tips to get most out of the workday
