Contents

The written application for junior, tenure track and lifetime professorships is a challenge. In this short workshop, participants will therefore receive tips on how to write an application that is comprehensible and complete for the appointment committee.

Among other things, you will learn

  • how to prepare an application well,
  • which documents belong in the application and
  • how you can adapt your application to the call for applications.

About the speaker

Dr Matthias Schwarzkopf

Dr Matthias Schwarzkopf is a trainer and coach with many years of experience in the German academic system. He advises universities and academics on topics relating to academic careers, personnel selection, leadership skills and university didactics.
