The Faculty of Catholic Theology cordially invites you to the patronal feast of Albertus Magnus.

Programme

  • 09:00 a.m. | Festive service in the cathedral followed by a coffee break
  • 10:30 a.m. | Academic celebration with the following programme:
    • Ceremonial lecture by Professor Dr Michael Wermke, Chair of Religious Education and Director of the Research Centre for Religion and Education (FZRB), Faculty of Theology at Friedrich Schiller University Jena, on the topic "Religiöse Bildung in der öffentlichen Schule. Zur Bildungsmitverantwortung von Staat und Kirche"
    • Presentation of the faculty's sponsorship award
    • Welcoming of new students and farewell to graduates

This will be followed by a standing reception in the Kiliani Chapel.
