Network printers

General

• In addition to the multifunction devices, other network printers may also be available to you. These can be found under "Start" -> "Settings" -> "Devices" -> "Printers & Scanners".
• The network printers are usually named so that you can see which printer it is and where it is located.
• Network printers are assigned to the respective PC by the IT centre.
• If you have a network printer in your area and would like to use it, please contact the service office of the IT centre.

Toner

If you need toner for a network printer, please send us an email to rz@uni-erfurt.de with the corresponding model and where the toner should be delivered to.

Empty toners can be thrown away into specific bins. You can find them at the following locations:

• C21 (Centre for Communication and Information, R.0.20
• C16 (Libary), R.046 (waste room)                          
• C02 (Administration building), R. C02.00.10 (IT room)
• C07 (Teaching building 2), G, R.104
