I cannot log in to any of the following pages:
- User Portal: Please make sure that you spell your username correctly! Otherwise contact the service desk or send us an e-mail rz@uni-erfurt.de
- E.L.V.I.S.: The login to the E.L.V.I.S. system is only possible after you have changed the initial password via the user portal! Otherwise contact the service desk or send us an e-mail rz@uni-erfurt.de
- Moodle.: The login to Moodle is only possible after you have changed the initial password via the user portal! Otherwise contact the service desk or send us an e-mail rz@uni-erfurt.de
- Webmail: Your mail account is searate from your user account! So if you have already changed your password on the user portal, webmail requires you to use the initial password and change it separately! Otherwise contact the service desk or send us an e-mail rz@uni-erfurt.de
- Online ESE: This website is only maintained by the ESE! If you have problems with your registration there, please contact the ESE via e-mail ese-online@uni-erfurt.de
- Exchange: Is only intended for employees of the University of Erfurt! A registration can only be made after changing the initial password on the user portal! Otherwise contact the service desk or send us an e-mail rz@uni-erfurt.de
- Sowiso: This website is only maintained by the faculty of political science! If you have problems with your registration there, please contact the faculty of political science via e-mail staatswissenschaften@uni-erfurt.de
I have not received my letter with my username/password!
Please bring your student card or your employee ID card to the service desk at the KIZ. There you can have the letter handed over to you.
I have forgotten my password! What can I do?
Please bring your student card or your employee ID card to the service desk at the KIZ. There we will give you a temporary password.
PCs/Notebooks
The eduroam doesn't work on my device!
Follow the instructions and steps in the WLAN manual! Make sure that you have changed the initial password on the user portal. Otherwise you can bring your device to the service desk and we will help you.
Something is not working properly on my device! Who do I contact?
If you have a problem with a device that is administered by the URMZ, please contact us via e-mail Servicedesk. The service desk is not responsible for private devices (unless there are problems with the eduroam WLAN)!
I need a program on my device. What to do?
Report your software requests via mail to URMZ. The program is then installed on the device via software distribution. On this website you can find some software for your private device.
