Service offers:

  • Telephone support, handling IT problems, changing and giving out passwords, setting up Wi-Fi (eduroam)
  • Lending of various devices
  • Pool supervision
  • Thoska: registration (routing slip), issue of Thoska cards, new application

IT Service Desk (URMZ):

Mon.-Thu.: from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. and from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.
Fr.: from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m.

Servicehotline (URMZ):

Mon.-Thu.: from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.
Fr.: from 8:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.

The IT service desk is closed in the afternoon on the last wednesday of every month
