Validity/Validation

Before you can use your thoska card, it has to be validated for the first semester. On the front of the card there is a thermal strip which is erased with each validation and re-printed with the current validity dates and the semester ticket. At the same time, the new validity date is also set in the chip.

Validation is required:

• erstmalig nach Immatrikulation (bereits vor Semesterbeginn möglich)
• on expiry of the date printed on the card
