New research project "Protecting Academia at Risk"

"Protecting Academia at Risk" is an innovative research initiative that addresses the urgent challenges faced by displaced female academics in Europe. The project was developed by an interdisciplinary team of experts, consisting of Andrea Petö (CEU, Vienna), Dina Gusejnova (LSE, London), Alina Dragolea (SNSPA, Bucharest) and Bernard Kleeberg (University of Erfurt), and is funded by the Gerda Henkel Foundation. It brings together academics from the fields of history, gender studies, political science and international history. This collaboration, which will be further strengthened by the contributions of post-doctoral researchers Tania Arcimovich, Nadija Kiss and Elena Trifan, takes a holistic approach to the complex issue of academic displacement.
