Equal Opportunity Officer

The Equal Opportunity Officer of the Faculty of Humanities advises the Faculty Council and represents the University's Equal Opportunity Officer in appointment committees and job filling

procedures. Among other things, she ensures an appropriate participation of women (at least 40%) in all bodies and committees, unless an election procedure is prescribed for them. She is also a member of the University of Erfurt's Equal Opportunity Advisory Board.
