The following declaration on accessibility documents the implementation status of this website: Discovery search portal.

Compliance status

Partially compliant: Some parts of the content do not fully comply with the accessibility standard. The Discovery search portal at Erfurt University Library uses Lukida, a software solution for discovery systems.

Test methodology: Self-assessments in the form of the BITV/WCAG test and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0.

Content that is not accessible

  • Some content cannot be perceived by people who are blind.
  • There is no support for people with limited cognitive, speech or learning abilities.
  • The meaning of some elements is not adequately explained.
  • Most of the website cannot be operated using a keyboard.
  • Users of assistive technologies are unlikely to have an easy overview of the website or its content and are unable to access the content of interest.
