Academic Bio
Christoph Kostitz recently earned his master’s degree in American Studies from Leipzig University, where his research interests encompassed interdisciplinary studies of space, affect, and ritual theory. Broadly interested in the intersection of public policy and culture, Christoph Kostitz additionally gained extensive work experience at the German-American Institute Saxony, where he supported programming on transatlantic relations and the ramifications of structural transformation.
His teaching interests align with his doctoral thesis project and interrogate notions of (in)security in American literature and culture.
