UB-Platz becomes UB-Raum

As of today, the "UB-Raum" room booking system will be introduced for students and employees of the University of Erfurt. It replaces the previous UB-Platz system for room reservations in the University Library.

The basic principle of the new system does not change:

Prior reservation is generally recommended, as the rooms are usually very well frequented. The carrels in the PC room and the group study rooms on the 2nd floor can be booked for a maximum of 4 hours. Renewals are permitted. Bookings can be changed or cancelled at any time.

The rooms are not intended for regular courses. The parent-child room can only be booked by parents with children.

The room booking system is easy to use. Reservations can be made in the calendar after personal login with the university login details. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

Bookings already made from 28 to 30 November have already been transferred to the new system by our library staff. If you have any questions, comments or problems, please contact our library staff by e-mail at information.ub@uni-erfurt.de.
