Short Biography
Mohamed Azouz Rebai is a Tunisian doctoral student at the University of Erfurt working on political transitions and anti-corruption strategies in post-Arab spring Maghreb countries.
He holds a Master of Public Policy from the Willy Brandt School in Erfurt and was a Konrad Adenauer Stiftung scholarship holder. Before that, Azouz worked as a public relations consultant within a digital agency based in Tunis and served as a parliamentary assistant at the Assembly of the Representatives of the People of Tunisia. He also completed several internships within Tunisian public institutions. His academic background at the Tunisian University of Carthage was in Finance, Marketing, and strategic foresight. On political and associative levels, he is secretary-general of an NGO “Forum de l’Académie politique (FOAP)” which works on political and civic education directed to youth and women in Tunisia. Azouz participated in several political campaigns in his home country.
