Panel discussion "Participation, democracy, activism"

How can everyone contribute to strengthening a democratic society? This question was at the centre of a panel discussion in Erfurt's Kulturquartier.

Elena Kiesel moderated the discussion on the challenges facing democracy today and how a strong civil society can respond to them. The participants were Hannah Katinka Beck (political scientist, Verfassungsblog), Fabian Prochazka (communication scientist, University of Erfurt), Reiner Prass (historian, Omas gegen Rechts) and Malte Pannemann (pedagogue, Distanz e.V.).
