Seminar "Sexual abuse of minors in the criminal law of the church" on 20 June 2024

Dealing adequately with accusations of sexual abuse, especially of minors, is an ongoing task for the Catholic Church. It is necessary to take note of the ever-changing standards and procedural rules in both the state and church sectors. Recently, there has been a comprehensive revision of the criminal law of the Catholic Church (Book VI of the Codex Iuris Canonici) and the Vatican's Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith has published a Vademecum.
