Erfurt University Ball 2025

Under the motto "Erfurt dances on one floor", the support associations of Erfurt's universities are inviting all university members as well as the general public to a first joint university ball in the Kaisersaal on Friday, 25 April 2025. The patron is Erfurt's Lord Mayor Andreas Horn. The Municipal University and Student Advisory Board is also supporting the event.

There will be a University Ball in Erfurt again in April.

The ball starts at 9 pm, admission to the Kaisersaal is from 8 pm. You can then dance until the early hours of the morning (3am). In addition to live music from the Nerly Big Band, DJ sets, dance performances and small art events are also planned for the evening.

Tickets go on sale on 4 December. Tickets are available online via the Kaisersaal ticket shop and at the tourist information centre on Benediktsplatz.

Stroll tickets

  • Early Bird students: 10 euros (until 15 January 2025)
  • Early Bird full payer: 25 euros (until 15 January 2025)
  • regular tickets students: 15 euros
  • regular tickets full payer 30 Euro

Table tickets

  • full payer: 40 euros 
    Holders of these tickets receive a table seat in the 1st or 2nd tier of the Kaisersaal for the duration of the entire evening.

Sponsor tickets

  • 200 euros
    Special packages are put together for sponsors – with a 3-course menu and drinks (from 7 pm). Please visit the Erfurt University Ball website for more information.
