To make it easier for you to complete the form, you will find the examination board's instructions for completing/editing the form and a sample application form here. All applications for recognition must be submitted in full, including the completed checklist, to the relevant degree programme coordinator. The coordinator will carry out the preliminary review and then forward the documents to the examination board.

Please note that these processes are administrative procedures which can take around four weeks to process! For applications submitted by the 15th of the month, we endeavour to decide on them by the end of the month. Applications submitted at the end of the month will be processed by the 15th of the following month. Late applications or applications that should/must be decided at short notice require a comprehensible justification, which must be enclosed with the application. Information on the status is generally only provided in the event of queries, problems or the rejection of applications (rejection notice). If a decision is made in accordance with the application, notification is made by entering the recognition in the E.L.V.I.S. study account.
