Members of the Institute for Planetary Health Behaviour (IPB) offer courses related to Planetary Health at the University of Erfurt in both Bachelor’s and Master’s programs, as well as within the Studium Fundamentale.
In the Master’s program in Health Communication, students learn how to design evidence-based health and climate communication effectively. In numerous courses, we focus on the complex interplay between climate change and health - one of the most pressing issues of our time.
At the IPB, we conduct research on climate and health-related behavior using methods from the social, behavioral, and communication sciences. Working closely with policymakers and society, we develop strategies for health promotion and climate protection.
Researchers at the Institute for Planetary Health Behavior (IPB) are actively involved in shaping the Master's degree course in Health Communication. Students gain a sound insight into the theory, research and practice of an interdisciplinary field.
