Information from the organisers:

The Sustainability Action Day "Stadt im Wandel" is returning to the Hirschgarten again this year: a broad alliance of clubs, associations and initiatives, together with the Erfurt city administration and the Erfurt Citizens' Foundation, is focussing on the topic of sustainability. The main focus is on people's sustainable lifestyles, the presentation of topic-related future projects and the practical implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) adopted worldwide.

Participation of the University of Erfurt

At the University of Erfurt's booth, attention will be drawn to the many university sustainability projects - including the Fundamental Sustainability programme, the educational garden and the KLIMA-N project. At the same time, the aim is to show how these university concepts can be taken into the cities. Visitors to the campaign stand can look forward to numerous exciting hands-on activities: They will have the opportunity to contribute their own ideas for making the city of Erfurt more sustainable by making bookmarks from pressed flowers or following a CO2 trail that illustrates their own daily CO2 consumption.
