Save the Date: Gotha Perthes Collection Open Day on November 12, 2022

As part of its 375th anniversary, the Gotha Research Library of the University of Erfurt will once again open the doors to the Perthes Collection to interested members of the public on Saturday, 12 November.

The focus of the day will be the Gotha Perthes Collection with its history and outstanding objects. The guided tours will take place in the Perthes-Forum, Justus-Perthes-Strasse 5, at the following times:
9:30–11 a.m., 10:30 a.m.–12 p.m., 1 p.m.–1:30 p.m., and 2 p.m.–3:30 p.m.

The number of participants is limited to a maximum of 20 persons per guided tour. We urge you to observe the Corona rules in force at that time. The guided tours are free of charge, but donations are requested for the preservation of the Gotha Research Library's holdings.

Registrations for the guided tours are being accepted now and only by phone Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 0361/737-5581.
