Changed opening hours during the lecture-free period

Language Centre
The Service Desk (C03, room 338) will be opened:
03.02.–07.02.2025: Mon to Thu from 8 am to 5 pm, Fri from 10 am to 2 pm
10.02.–14.02.2025: Mon to Thu from 9 am to 4 pm, Fri from 9 am to 2 pm
17.02.–21.02.2025: Mon to Thu from 10 am to 4 pm, Fri from 10 am to 2 pm
24.02.–28.02.2025: Mon to Thu from 10 am to 12 pm, Fri closed

In March probably Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 9 am to 12 pm.

University Computer and Media Centre (URMZ)
The IT support service desk (KIZ) has the following opening hours:
Mon to Thu from 9 am to 11 am and 1 pm to 3 pm, Fri from 9 am to 11 am.

Mon to Thu from 8 am to 11 am and from 1 pm to 4 pm, Fri from 8 am to 12.15 pm.

The student card (thoska) office is open by appointment.

Facilities of the Student Services Organisation (Studierendenwerk)

• The cafeteria is open from February 17th to March 28th from 9 am to 3 pm.
• The “Glasbox” will be closed from February 17th to March 28th.
• Café “Hörsaal 7” will be closed from from February 17th to March 28th.
• The BAföG service office is open on Wednesdays from 11 am to 2 pm.
• The General Social Counselling Service will be closed on March 11th.
• The Infopoint will be closed on March 11th and 12th.
